MGMAT CAT bold CRs. the whole paragraph is bold

by ronnyleu Wed Jul 25, 2012 8:56 pm

Hi all,

This is kind of weird thing but when using three different types of browsers (firefox, ie, and chrome) all the CR questions (in the CAT exams) that contain boldface CR questions prompts all have paragraphs that are completely bold. Therefore, I am unable to differentiate between the parts of the paragraph that are bold and the parts that are not.

Any one else experience this and have a fix?

I have not experienced this nor have I heard other reports of this, no. I just looked up three random ones myself using Chrome and they all displayed properly.

Was this one specific problem? If so, what was the title of the problem and I'll check that one?

Or is this happening on many / all? If so, contact techsupport@manhattangmat.com

It was happening on all the problems I encountered. Stupid laptop! It looked fine on my desktop and ipad. When searching the forums, I encountered another poster that had similar problems and the poster was able to fix the issue by changing the web browser font. Unfortunately, that suggestion didn't work for me. I guess i'll play around with it tomorrow.

Send an email to techsupport@manhattangmat.com as well. They may be able to tell you what to do to fix the problem - and then they can also try to tinker with the software to see whether they can do anything to fix it on our end.
