simplifying each equation
20j = 4k
6k = 2i
28i = 24m

Writing all variables in terms of 1 variable, say k,
j = 4/20 k = 1/5 k
i = 3k
m = 28/24 * 3k = 7k/2

20% of m = 1/5 * 7k/2 = 7k/10
200% of j = 2 * k/5 = 2k/5

20% of m is what % of 200% of j ?

7k/10
------- * 100
2k/5

= 175

from 1,2,3..... 5j = k = 1/3 I= 1/3 * 3/7 M = 1/7 M
=> j = 1/35 M

let it be x %... then
20 /100 M = X/ 100 * 200/100 * J
1/5 M= X/50 * J
1/5 M= X/50 *1/35 M
X= 350
