hi, instructors,
i met this problem in my CAT exam.
i hesitated between C and D for a long time. I noticed that C used the phrase "FAR outnumber" and D, on the other hand, used the phrase "MOST have publicized". Since it's just "MOST" of them, I think the plan will do some good to increasing the sales. But i also think C seems not good enough to undermine the conclusion.
Could you help me on how to understand the usage of "most" here?
