Generally, I only recommend them if you're already scoring 51 and are pretty much bored with everything else out there. The challenge questions are, for the most part, harder than anything you'll likely see on the test. That's not necessarily the best way to study (for example, it could train you to do things in a way you wouldn't want to do things on the real test).
Better to review your CATs. If you want more quant practice, you could also try GMAT Focus, if you haven't used it already. It'll cost you some more money (but not that much) and give you more real, retired official test questions.
