Is 690 a bad score?

Hi,
I appeared for GMAT recently and scored 690(Q48, V 36). I'm not very confident with this score.
How good are my chances of getting into a good school? Do you recommend retaking the test or should I apply with this score?
I have 4+ years of experience in the IT sector.

The score should be fine assuming your undergrad GPA is decent.

The GMAT is just one aspect of the b-school application process. No one knows what your chances are based on your score alone.
