Improve the Critical Reasoning Book

by sirdac1984 Thu Jun 19, 2014 12:50 am

I took the Manhattan GMAT course twice. There are some resources that are useful, especially on the Quant side. However, I think that your Critical Reasoning book is not that great. From the first GMAT practice exam that I took and until the 15th practice exam, I did not see my Critical Reasoning improve at all. I do like your CAT exams. After reading reviews on GMAT Club about the PowerScore GMAT Critical Reasoning Bible, I decided to purchase this book. My critical reasoning skills went up like crazy from 19% to 67% because the book really teaches you how to break down the stimulus. You spend a lot of time teaching people how to diagram when it is really isn't that important. I actually draw pictures to help me understand the concept.
