Also, please tell me if these idioms have other usages too.

Usually, the correct idioms will be 'related to', 'in relation to', and 'correlated with'. However, these words have a wide range of uses, so I can't possibly list all the idioms here. Take a look at this dictionary for some more examples: https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/relate
