Hi,
Looking for any thoughts or opinions on this. I'm writing in just over 24H and have taken the following tests:
MGMAT CAT 1 (early May, before studying) = 550 (38Q, 28V)
MGMAT CAT 2 (early July, after studying quant) = 580 (40Q, 31V)
MGMAT Cat 3 (end of July, after studying verbal) = 650 (42Q, 37V)
MGMAT Cat 4 (Aug 2) = 630 (37Q, 38V)
MGMAT CAT 5 (Aug 3) = 630 (40Q, 36V)
MGMAT CAT 6 (Aug 4) = 640 (42Q, 36V)
GMAT Prep1 (Aug 4) = 650 (44Q, 36V)
and then..... my final practice test:
GMAT Prep 2 (Aug 5) = 720 (47Q, 41V)
WTF? This is much closer to my target score (700+) and I've been disappointed and surprised to be scoring in the low-mid 600's so consistently.
Do you think it is possible for me to score in this range on test day?! Now that I know I'm capable, the thought of scoring in the 600's is depressing.
Side note: I realize it's not ideal to take that many CAT's so close together (especially not two in one day) and so close to my test date, but due to my schedule, I didn't really have a choice and wanted the practice. If nothing else, they're good questions to work through.
