Sorry you had to wait so long for a reply - we've been slammed lately.
There isn't one answer to that question - it depends on your scoring level, the difficulty level of the problem relative to your scoring level, etc. But generally speaking, it seems to be the case that leaving a question blank could cost you anywhere from 1.5 to 3 percentile points.
Did you have an answer selected but didn't have time to submit? If you do have something selected when the time runs out, the test will accept that answer.
