I think the best way to approach the MBA Tour is to think of it as a chance to learn, rather than a chance to impress. Your goal should be to get to know the programs, get a feel for the school, try to understand information that's not on the website - what the culture is like, those kinds of questions. The admissions officers will see so many candidates during the tour that it's rare for any to really stick out. If you approach it without feeling the pressure to impress (although of course you don't want to stand out as particularly UNimpressive either, so dress professionally and act appropriately of course), you'll probably be more receptive to absorbing information and learning about which program best suits you and why.
