Usually, people will see 0 or 1 Venn on a test. There are usually a couple of triangle questions (though they may or may not be DS).
You can certainly afford to get those wrong and still get a good score on the test. It just depends how high you're trying to go. :)
The algebra strategy guide teaches two aspects: (1) the actual algebra and (2) solution strategies that are designed to help you to tackle standardized-test-format questions in particular. If you think that you already know all of the actual algebra and just need help on different kinds of solution methods, then you could also try using OG13 (the official guide problems) in conjunction with our OG Archer program (where we have our own solutions - that are much better than the textbook solutions shown in OG13).
If you are looking for a very high quant score (50 or 51), then you might want to take a look at our Advanced Quant book. Note that this book assumes that you already know everything in our 5 regular math books! It does not teach you advanced math. It teaches you advanced solving strategies.
If you live near a bookstore that sells our books, go take a look and see what you think.
