GMAT Write

I heard that students who take the online course are eligible to receive the GMAT Write online tool on mba.com. Two questions:

1) Are we able to receive both online "books": the GMAT Write 1 and 2?

2) Where do we find the student code to enter in at checkout, in order to get the product for free?
