GMAT Score 680 - average academics, 8 yrs job exp

Hello:
Just got my scores. Its 680
My profile:
Male - 31
Engineering degree from Ryerson University, canada.
My GPA is not that high. B Average
Almost 8 years of job experience, currently working as an IT Manager at one of the largest banks in Canada.
I know my chances for top 15-20 school is very slim but would like to know from the experts.
If you could list some school names where i might have a better chance, would really appreciate.

Hi Najim,

Given your engineering background and average scores, top programs might be tough. However, your experience as a manager should be an advantage. Actually, you have more experience than most candidates (in terms of # of years). Outside of that, I'd say your lack of extracurricular and community service/leadership activities will be a disadvantage.

Have you considered part time programs? You might be competitive at some top part time programs. For full time, I might look at UNC, Tepper, BU.. somewhere in the 20-40 range.
