GMAT Score 660.

Hi i just gave the gmat on 18th may 2012. I am looking forward to apply in any of the reputed B schools. But i am really disappointed by my score.

GMAT score 660. Quant 48 Verbal 32.

THis was my first attempt.

I have done my graduation in PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY (INDUSTRIAL/MECHANICAL Engg.) from Punjab Engg. College Chandigarh, India).

I currently have 4 years of work experience and will be 5 years when in join MBA in fall 2013.
I am currently working for Maruti Suzuki India Limited(India's No. 1 4 wheel automobile company) as a Maruti Suzuki After Sales Support Representative.

Currently looking after the customer complaint handing, resolution of technical problems, manpower training for both Domestic and Exports Dealers/Distributors of Maruti Suzuki.

I am working with a team of 4 members and i also have the responsibility of Training the freshers.

Kindly tell me what chances do i have to get thru some of the good management colleges ??
What is the next step??? What collgs to apply??

Hi! It's difficult for me to tell you where you should apply to business school. That has so much to do with personal preferences, and you should take some time researching what matters to you when it comes to an MBA program. For instance, do you want to be in a city or on a campus? Do you want a flexible or mandatory curriculum? Do your want to larger or smaller class size?

As for your 660 score, that is lower than the range seen for most of the incoming students at the top schools. Since you have only taken the exam once, you might want to consider trying it again to see if you can boost your score.

I'm also considering to give GMAT again, but seeing this score and 5 yrs work exp., and all the personal details provided by me, isn't there any possibility to get thru any good university??
