GMAT query

I took the GMAT on March 25, 2008. I know they said then that it takes less than 20 days to get the results online, I still havent heard from GMAC.
The status on the site says "Delivery successful - result on hold"
Is this the usual message that comes up?

Its been 15 days now...and am starting to get a little worried. A friend gave the exam and and his result was available online within 8-9 days.

You did get the instant results though, right?

I got my results online within 4 days. You might want to contact them to find out what's happening.

yes i did get the instant result
