With 4+ years in the workforce, you likely do not have the necessary experience to join an Executive MBA program. Some EMBA programs offer a pre-evaluation and you would definitely be wise to take advantage of this opportunity. Why are you seeking an EMBA? Why not an MBA? If you want to keep working, how about a part-time MBA?
With respect to fees and the need to take the GMAT, requirements vary from program to program. As for top-programs, I am not sure that I can provide you with a list of 25, but you may want to start learning about the programs that are available at top schools, Haas, Ross, Wharton, Chicago, Kellogg, Fuqua, Columbia, Anderson, Stern - that is, if you are determined to give this a shot.
