If yes, follow what the above articles say. If you're hoping to score even higher, though, then you may need to postpone your test.
Also, I'm assuming that you took these practice tests under official conditions (including essays, length of breaks, no use of the pause button, etc.). If you deviated from official testing conditions, you may have given yourself artificial advantages that could have resulted in an inflation of your score - just FYI. Take any future tests under 100% official conditions. If you REALLY deviated from official conditions (skipped the essays, took an hour break between sections, etc.), then you may want to take another test right now under official conditions to see what your true scoring range is.
