GMAT given score 660 :(

by spytorrent Thu Oct 08, 2009 3:19 am

Hello,

My Background/Profile: IT Experience, working in MNC.

Few days back I gave GMAT and got 660 score. In this exam I didn't get time to complete Math Section (47 -- 78% -- 3 questions unattempted) as well as Verbal section (34 -- 68% -- 2 questions unattempted). Total Percentile = 82%.

Really speaking I am not at all satisfied with this score (satisfaction is really important for me, I am not just happy :( with this score). I am aiming for reputed institutes/bschools. I think I should try GMAT again.

What is your suggestion for the same? Should I go for it?

P.S. sorry for being so informal.

Hi -
If this was your first attempt, I would definitely suggest retaking the test.
Sounds as though you have a good shot at improving your score and simply by retaking you will show the AdCom you are committed to this process.
I hope this helps.
