GMAT - 710-92%(49Q-85%, 38V-83%, 5.0 -57% AWA) .. retake?

Hi,
I gave my GMAT recently and got the above mentioned score and score break-up. I plan to apply for a PhD program in Marketing and aim at getting through one of the top 20 schools.
Is this score sufficient or should I retake the test?
My verbal score is especially disappointing and i think I might be able to improve it if I retake. In the MGMAT practice tests my verbal score averaged around the 40 mark and in the GMAT prep practise test 2 i scored a 46. My Quant score on the other hand has always averaged around 48.
I have a master's degree in Quantitative Economics from a top indian institute with above average academic performance. I also have a year's work ex in Analytics.
Given all this, should I be retaking the test?
