Getting stuck with a score of 630

Hi, I have appeared for 4 MGMAT tests in this month. My scores are as follows:
CAT EXAM #4 Completed 08/25/2013 SCORE 590 (Q43 V28)
CAT EXAM #3 Completed 08/18/2013 SCORE 630 (Q45 V32)
CAT EXAM #2 Completed 08/12/2013 SCORE 630 (Q46 V31)
CAT EXAM #1 Completed 08/09/2013 SCORE 610 (Q44 V31)

I read earlier posts which suggest to go through time management and evaluate the practice tests thoroughly. I have done so and found that I am weak in many areas of Verbal section.

I need further advice on where to practice my weak areas from.
Where do I share my assessment reports?

My target score is 750 and I have a GMAT in another 15 days. Any urgent help is highly appreciated!
