Full time/Part time question

Hi there - thanks again for taking the time, Alex and Jeremy.

I've got kind of an odd question, due to some complicated external circumstances. I'm applying to b-school for fall of '09, and would prefer to go full time. I've got a few schools in mind that are borderline reaches that offer full and part time programs. If I apply first round to the full time programs and get dinged, is it possible to then re-apply to round 2 or 3 for the part time program? If so, does this diminish ones credibility in the eyes of the adcoms?

An odd question, I know, but if I don't start in '09, I likely won't be able to go... Thanks again for any feedback you might lend!

As far as I know, you can only apply to the same school once in one year. This however would be a policy specific to the school, so I would ask the individual school.
