forgot to bring passport for gmat

I forgot to bring my passport for id proof.

Had prepared well but couldn't sit for exam.

Please guide what can be done now?

PS:the center manager gave me an incident id for same.

Please help.

Oh, I'm sorry. :( There isn't anything that you can do - they won't let you take the test if you don't bring the required ID.

You didn't actually start taking the test, so I think you should be able to sign up again in less than 31 days, but you will have to pay the entire $250 fee again. (This makes sense from their point of view: they lost the ability to have someone else come when you were supposed to be taking the test - so you still have to pay for that slot.)

Call the Pearson 800 number to ask whether you can sign up again within 31 days, since you never actually went into the testing room / started taking the test. (And I would appreciate it if you'd let me know what they say - I'd like to know in case someone else asks in future.)
