FOOD for test day

by RaminY80 Sat Nov 15, 2014 8:06 pm

Hi,

In my last few practice tests, I had an issue being mentally alert in the last section of the test, around question 10 or so I started to feel mentally fatigued. I have currently been drinking half gatorades during each break to replenish my brain's sugar. Not sure what else I can do here. Any info would be helpful. When I research this topic online, I keep getting different answers. This issue is a major reason why I am not doing as well as I could. Please help!

Gatorade won't really help you feel less tired. I recommend a protein or granola bar. I think that you need some sort of food, especially when your brain is working at 100 percent for three hours.
