If you plan to attend a program in North America or Europe, they almost all require work experience, typically a minimum of 2 years. In the US, most people have about 4-5 years of work experience, on average.
Re: scholarships, there are thousands - that's something that you would need to research yourself. Try googling "scholarship" and "MBA" or something like that.
There are hundreds of business schools around the world - again, that's something you would need to research in order to determine what schools might be appropriate for you.
The expenditure varies from school to school - it can be as little as $5-10k per year or as much as $40k+ per year. (This is in the US - it will also vary in different countries.) You'd need to check the web sites of the schools to which you may want to go in order to determine how much they charge.
