Family Business: Recs for schools

I have been working at the family business for the last three years. I don't have any "bosses" other than my family members. I was wondering who I should ask for recs... I have one rec lined up from the non-profit i've been working with. I was thinking of asking a distributor of our products who I've worked with once in a while, not on a daily basis though. I feel like the only people who really know all the things i do (HR, Marketing, PR, Financial analyst, and general manager work) are my parents and my brother.

What should i do? Any suggestions?
