Failed To Upgrade ATLAS Navigator? Plz Help...

I upgraded to the full version of Navigator on Dec 10th. But on the platform, it tells me I have the Navigator Basic? Is it normal?

Hi! Please either call 800.576.4628 or send an email to gmat@manhattanprep.com and our student services team will help you get this sorted out.

But one quick way you can check: If you are able to see our solutions for the OG problems, then you have access to the full version. If you are not able to see our solutions for the OG problems, then for some reason, you do not have access to the full version (and our student services team will help fix this).

I can not see the OG explanations on Navigator...

And I have sent the email on Dec 11th, but I have not received a reply...

Should I resend the email?

I'm sorry this hasn't been fixed already. I just heard they're having an issue with the email program and emails are backed up right now. I've submitted a ticket myself through a different system to ask them to take a look tomorrow to figure out what's going on.

If it's not fixed by Thursday, I would try calling (rather than emailing again). The toll-free number (US and Canada) is 800.576.4628. The direct number is 212.721.7400.

We'll get it figured out and fixed—sorry about that!
