I am in the Essay portion of the Kellogg application. I will finishing up my essays within the next week. I just want to know what my options are in regards to getting my essays reviewed and improved. If you know any successful ways to improve essays, please let me know. Thank you!

You've asked too general of a question. It's kind of like asking, "how do I do a better job at work?" and expecting a clear answer.
In any case, whether you pay to have admissions consultants give you feedback on your essays, you should at the least have colleagues, friends, current MBA students or MBA alums read through your essays. Constructive feedback from people you trust always helps.
