EIV - Simultaneous Equations (3 unknowns and 3 equations)

by ii-london Mon Mar 31, 2008 6:00 pm

I am writing in reference to Q6 on page 21 (In Action Problem set for Chapter 1).

Can this question be solved in under 2 mins ... will you be expected to solve 3 unknowns from 3 equations such as these in under 2 mins.
I have no problem with solving these equations ... but will struggle to get all 3 unknowns in under 2 mins !

Thanks.

Nope - that info is just to remind you of the math in case you get asked to do part of it. But you wouldn't have to solve three simultaneous equations for three individual variables - almost noone can do that in 2 minutes!
