how fast does the man run?
1.the man takes 20 seconds to run up the escalator 140 m long
2. he takes 35 seconds to run down the escalator.

correct ans is C.Could some pls elaborate?

A:Distance and Time are given. If the escalator were stationary, then this info is enough. But since not, we need B as well.
