It could happen, but it would be pretty rare. You can submit a complaint / request to have them check things out. I couldn't find an exact procedure for requesting a re-score of the non-essay portions of the exam, but I'd do what they say on page 15 of this PDF file (submitting a complaint):

A few questions for you:
(1) Did you take those practice tests under 100% official conditions, including essay and IR, time spent per section, breaks between sections, etc?
(2) Had you seen any of those practice test questions in advance of the test? (People often study from these online.)
(3) On the real test, did you finish >5-10 minutes in advance of the time limit for the sections? (That can indicate rushing, which leads to careless mistakes.)
(4) Did you run out of time in any section - either causing you not to answer all questions or causing you to rush at times? If so, please describe what happened.
