Do bschools see all your scores, and if so do they take your highest score?

see here. they see all scores from the last 5 years.

the vast majority of schools take your highest score.
some will even combine your best Q and V to make a super-score that's higher than anything you actually got (unless you nailed them both at the same time).
others will average your scores.
this is a policy of the individual schools, not of gmac; check with each school to which you are interested in applying.

Most admission reps tell us that they don't really look at the number of tests you've taken. What we tend to hear is "we don't care if the person took it three times." Personally, I wouldn't read too much into that. I wouldn't think: "well then I can only take it three times." If you want to give it another go or two, if you think that you're in a different place now, then do it. OF course, don't just take another test without having changed anything (learned more, found more calm, etc.) But if you stand to show a score increase, go for it.
