Do adcom become skeptical GMAT score increase by 100 points

Hello All,

Someone threw me off by suggesting that Adcome become skeptical (they suspect if you were the one who took the exam or was it a fraud) if they see more than 100 point jump on GMAT in less than a year.

Thus if you have improved from 590 to 710 do you need run off a commentary in your apps to indirectly suggest that you were the one to take the exam.

Please admission consultants suggest!

If you have improved by that much, congrats.

No, you don't need to say anything about it - the score speaks for itself. As for whether it was fraudulent or not, what can you really say to convince them otherwise? It's GMAC's responsibility more than anything else, so adcoms will assume that it's legit.
