gave my gmat yesterday. was hugely disappointed...scored 560 Q39 V28

Besides gave same kaplan tests and scored between 650 and 680 in those
really dont know what went wrong on the test day!!!! got my first quant problem wrong (which i later realised was quite simple) and got frustated trying to get the right answer, so was demoralised completely.......then in 80 % of quant prob i didnt wait to get the answer, rather left the solution midway and marked what i thought was the right answer, which i know realise wasnt right after all......had a problem in inequalities of DS wherein in the confusion...i marked yes and no for the statements given instead to test for the question stem....all in all a disaster.....
for the first time have started doubting myself
a lil bit of myself....am not so young....actually all of 42 years of age so obviously not so sharp now with age....was targetting one year mba course for working professional in one of the premier colleges but dont know what to think now...
i was targetting around 680 which would have been enough given my varied work ex.
i sure dont want to give up..but dont know how to start..
btw this was my first attempt........i know it seems a silly excuse but i had to change the pen four times during the test......
can someone show me the directions from hereon?????
btw am in the city of mumbai in india
