by tejal777 Sat May 23, 2009 7:02 am

Hey guys,
My GMAT process is ongoing and by keeping a detailed log of my mistakes I've been noticing that I am getting stuck on two topics in Quant, namely Number properties and Inequalities.Whenver I am faced with DS/PS problems i definetly hesitate and know taht I am doomed.Even if i manage to do the sum it takes long or I am unsure.Could somebody please help?

It's tough to give advice when all we know is that you are struggling with the entire category of questions. I would suggest that you start posting individual problems from your homework and asking about how to approach and attack the problems. You can (and should!) also search for the text of these problems, because it's possible to learn some good methods by reading prior discussions of these problems - that way you don't have to wait for a response. (And, if you don't find a problem in the archives, or you have more questions on it, then you can always post to ask.)

Are you taking a class or working with a tutor? It would also be a good idea to ask him/her for ideas, as you can discuss your specific strengths and weaknesses and work from there.
