Ahoy Admissions Consultants!
Quick question -- several of the top schools say they "...will not review an application until all materials are received."
Based on your experience does this mean I need to take the GMAT 20 days prior to the deadline to ensure the official report reaches by the deadline?

It really depends -- some schools will allow you to submit an unofficial score with your application, under the assumption that the official one will come later. It's best to just call and ask the individual schools you're looking at.
