data suffiency question

Is p the youngest among p,q r and s?
1 not more than 1 person is younger than p
2 there are exactly 2 persons elder than p
so here from 1st statement we have 2 cases 0 or 1 persons so
we cant decide whether p is young or not
from 2 can we decide or not as i have 2 cases here
before p there are 2 persons so he may be one of the youngest or equal age with person next to him
please help me
as i am confused with answering the question.
