Constantly scoring around 650. Aiming for 700+. What to do?

Hey, I have been carrying the idea of appearing for GMAT for the past 4-5 months. My score is as stubborn as anything. I have constantly been practicing but my scores won't improve. Timing is not an issue with me but accuracy is.
Here are the scores:
Veritas - 660 (Q47 V34)
GMAT Prep 1 - 620 (Q44 V31)
MGMAT1 - 640 (Q45 V33)
MGMAT 2 - Q44 (Did not take on the verbal section as I got flustered)
MGMAT 3 - 640 (Q45 V33)

Data Sufficiency is what kills me in the quant section while RC do that job in the verbal section.

I'm planning on taking the exam this month (I haven't booked it yet though) and am terrified by the idea of getting a score less than 700. PLEASE help me out!!!! :'(
