This example is actually correct, because "likes (to run)" and "will breakdance" are the parallel conjugated verbs. It's ok that the conjugated "likes" is followed by an infinitive and the conjugated "will breakdance" is modified by a prepositional phrase; those parts don't have to be parallel.

Correct: She likes to run and will breakdance in the future.
Correct: She likes skiing and will learn to snowboard on the next trip.
Correct: She likes to paint and to sculpt.
Wrong: She likes skiing and to skateboard.
("to skateboard" is parallel with neither "likes" nor "skiing.")
