Career Goals

Hi,

Many schools ask for short and long term career goals. What if I see my career progress in three phases: short, middle, and long term goals. How do I handle this in regards to these schools specifics question? Should I state the middle goal although they are only asking for short and long term career goals?

Hi Moses -

Yes, you can describe the middle if there's a logical reason to differentiate it. But if the schools ask for "career vision" or "career aspiration" then I don't recommend being as specific about time frames.
