Your chances of success are, of course, relative to what you think is a "good course" and to the strength of your candidacy. You don’t offer much with respect to your candidacy - what have you done in your community? Have you been promoted? What do you do at this MNC? Do you have any personal accomplishments? What schools are you interested in?
That written, at this point, considering the basics of your demographics, you would have to have achieved something spectacular on your professional, personal and community life to gain admission during the third round.
