Hi,
I wanted to know whether it's acceptable to use questions to refute the arguement, because many a times during argument analysis, i find myself constructing questions instead of plain statements such as,
"To begin with it mentions a study and its results, however it fails to give any details of the study. Who conducted the study? Was it authentic? What was the purpose of the study? The study fails to justify its observations, no statistics or concrete data has been given to supplement it. Why was the study conducted only on body builders and not on general public for whom the product is being advertised? The argument leaves many such questions unanswered."
Are paragraphs like these acceptable for a decent score 4 or above? If not could you suggest an alternative that would help? :o)
