The problem is technically from Sentence Correction, Chp 12-B, and the problem asks to review the sentences from Chp6 and identify the modifier types.
The sentence in question is #2 from Chp6.
Although the ballerina seems healthily, she feels very unwell and is unlikely to dance well at tonight's performance.
I'm particularly concerned with why the word 'well' is considered an adverb and not an adjective.
The answer says it's an adverb but i would consider it an adjective.
Is there an easy GMAT rule for determining when 'well' is an adj vs a verb?
