So if I have an opportunity to meet or talk with an adcom member, what things should I do to make myself memorable in a good positive way?

Given the sheer number of prospective students they talk to in a given year, the only ones they will truly remember are the ones who make a fool of themselves (i.e. the bad ones).

Just be yourself and ask questions you genuinely want answered. You're not going to impact your application in any way (not to mention that the adcom you meet may not be the person who ends up reading your application anyhow).
