access second CAT exam?

I am trying to take the second(out of 6) CAT exam on the web but don't see the option below my first completed exam.
What should I do?

Hi there-

In your account it appears that you only have a Free CAT exam. That will entitle you to one practice test. If you think you should have more, it's possible that those were registered for under a different account. If you think that's the case, the best thing to do would be to shoot us an email so that we can look into it in more depth.

I took a GMAT prep course at TEST EASE(Washington DC). Does that help?
My instructor was Jay.

I'm not familiar with TEST EASE, but unless you bought a year of access to the CATs or registered a book with our website, you wouldn't have access to our practice tests. Students who take our courses have this access, but it wouldn't extend to students from other companies. Is there some other reason that you should have access to the tests?
