Absolute Values

where is a good outside rescource to find problems that test absolute value inequalities or complex inequalities in general? I understand concept, but the upper level data sufficiency problems always nail me unless I plug in and eat up 2-3 minutes.

You might consider visiting your local library and picking up an algebra textbook if you want some additional practice on fundamentals here. There should be a bunch - just look through multiple books till you find one that's written in a style that works for you. That will give you both explanations and lots of pure math practice problems - once you really understand the theory, those DS questions won't take so much time.
