No big content differences. It's mostly a rearrangement of the material (eg, the "advanced" stuff will now be split apart from the general lessons in each chapter) and the addition of the OG12 problem sets (the 3rd edition has problem sets from OG11).
If you already have the 3rd edition, or are thinking of getting it, conversion charts for the problem sets (from OG11 to OG12) are on our web site, so you can still get the new problem sets - you don't need to buy the 4th edition.
