4.0 AWA - 690 on first attempt

Just got my official scores:
Q: 48
V: 37
690
IR: 8
AWA 4.0

I will apply to top business schools, I was comfortable with my score before knowing the AWA score, but now I just don't know...

The score surprised me a lot given that in the writing section of the TOEFL exam I got 27/30, and an overall score of 113/120.

Should I retake the GMAT??
