I answered this question correctly, "D", but didn't know exactly why D was correct.

I ended up with these frames:

G F H J L/K L/K
K H J [F-G, L]

I found that in both frames, J was more expensive than L, therefore I chose "D". But if that was the reason, then the question would be written as "which one of the following MUST be true?".
