This is Must Be True type question. We should be able to directly refer the right answer choice to the passage.

Proponents of family mediation’s side is highlighted in the last paragraph as being more efficient and values emotional issues as well as legal.

Now, let's go to the answer choice.

A) Being more efficient (47) would contradict “time-consuming” quality
B) Unsupported. Line 58 said “full or partial agreement”
C) This is adjudication’s benefit from 30-33
D) We have been dealing with “family law” in general, not divorce and separation in specific.
E) This is it from 48-52 ("By working together in the mediation process, family members can enhance their personal autonomy and reduce government intervention, develop skills to resolve future disputes, ... " and supported (Correct)
"Fun"

Interesting because we aren't told that proponents believe this--what proponents believe is the previous sentence. This could have been the author's analysis of the proponents view, we don't know. Nonetheless, all of the other answer choices are very clearly incorrect or contradicted. Good example of how even an inference question (which in LR or LG would be 100% MBT) is kind of in the grey area on RC.
