The Yale SOM offers an innovative, integrated curriculum whose comprehensive approach to studying business is meant to fulfill the school’s founding mission of “educating leaders for business and society.” And although applicants in the business school chat rooms still seem to consider the Yale SOM primarily a “finance” school, it regularly places graduates in the areas of consulting, technology, consumer products, and nonprofit/sustainability as well.
